Job Description
As a Sales Team Leader in a dynamic, multi-campaign call centre environment, you’ll drive team performance, ensure campaign excellence, and translate strategy into results. Reporting to the Team Manager, you’ll lead execution, coach your team, and deliver insights that shape future sales success.Responsibilities
Lead and manage 3+ concurrent credit sales campaigns.Ensure timely rollout and brand compliance across all campaigns.Monitor KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates, revenue) via CRM tools.Conduct regular 1 : 1 coaching and track individual performance improvements.Maintain team productivity and quality benchmarks.Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.Collaborate with management and marketing to refine campaign strategies.Recommend data-driven improvements to messaging, targeting, and incentives.Share best practices and support onboarding for new initiatives.Qualifications
Matric3–5 years in sales within a call centre environment with proven target achievement.1 year in a leadership role, preferrably in a multi-campaign call centre settingStrong campaign management and performance tracking skills.Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Knowledge of consultative and value-based selling.Strong analytical, coaching, and communication abilities.Familiarity with ethical sales practices and regulatory standards.Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
