Solution Architect (Salesforce)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect with a strong background in the banking or financial services sector to lead the design, architecture, and governance of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise, including certifications, and a proven track record of integrating Salesforce into complex enterprise ecosystems. You will be responsible for solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership across key projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect End-to-End Solutions : Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives in the financial services domain.
• Governance & Best Practices : Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, data governance practices, and integration guidelines.
• Integration Leadership : Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and core banking / financial systems, third-party platforms, and enterprise data layers.
• Project Leadership : Drive architectural decisions and lead solution design from discovery through deployment. Guide delivery teams on technical implementation.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentorship & Guidance : Support and mentor development teams, providing architectural oversight and technical direction.
• Documentation & Communication : Produce high-quality technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design artifacts.
• Innovation & Improvement : Stay current with Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices—especially as they pertain to financial services and regulated industries.
