Youll be responsible for implementing and configuring cloud systems for clients leading onboarding projects and providing training and support. This role is perfect for someone who is solution and results driven ambitious takes initiative and works independently someone who loves solving problems learning new systems and
ensuring clients get the most out of their technology.
What youll be doing
- Requirements Gathering Liaise with clients to understand their needs goals and technical requirements to develop tailored implementation plans.
- Solution Design Identify and propose the product or system to meet client requirements.
- Technical Configuration Configure software perform data migration customise features and integrate with new or existing systems.
- Client Onboarding Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
- Project Management Develop and manage project plans timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Training & Support Provide training sessions documentation and ongoing technical support to clients.
Relationship Management Build strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact during implementation.
Continuous Improvement Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to best practices and SOPs.What you bring
Degree or Honours in Accounting or IT .3-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar environment.1 years experience working with system implementation preferably including inventory management software.1 years experience in cloud-based systems such as Xero Dext / Hubdoc SimplePay Cin7 Core and Lightspeed POS (advantageous).Client-facing experience.Advanced Excel skills (for data analysis migration and process mapping) are essential.Solution- and results-driven mindset with ambition to take initiative and work independently.A strong desire to learn take on challenges and grow professionally.Comfort and competence working with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software.Why youll love working with us
