Group Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of and improve the Group Treasury Function within the Klipboard Group
• Set out a Treasury framework for the Group
• Manage the Group's Treasury Management System
• Bring the KCS Group to a position where material currencies are swept overnight into interest bearing accounts so that the Group is maximising the return on its cash reserves

Manage the production of an accurate rolling quarterly cash flow forecast for the Group to be reported monthly to the board

External Debt :

Have oversight of the Group's banking relationships : Rationalise the number of relationships and bank accounts as appropriate whilst balancing counter-party risk associated with too few relationships

Manage the Group's hedging and currency risk posture
