Job description

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to take charge of complex telecoms rollout projects. If you’re ready to lead from the front and ensure seamless project execution—from planning to handover—this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple telecom projects (FTTH, towers, RF, power)
Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers
Maintain updated project records across WO, SAGE, and Qbis systems
Negotiate delivery timelines and drive client satisfaction
Oversee project administration and reporting functions

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of project management experience in telecoms

1+ year in a team lead or supervisory role

Relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering, Business, or similar)

Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Proven track record in telecom rollouts (FTTH, power, RF, etc.)

Advantageous

Experience with WO, SAGE, or Qbis

Strong report-writing and documentation skills
