Role
About the Role :
We are looking for an autonomous and highly skilled client-facing specialist who will take full ownership of the new client onboarding cycle. Given the specialized nature of our reports, a strong legal background is a requirement for this role, as you will need to understand diverse practice areas to configure our internal software correctly.
Responsibilities
Own the End-to-End Onboarding Process : Manage new attorney client onboarding from the initial request through to the final system configuration and successful setup.Specialized Report Configuration : Configure client reports within our internal software platform. This involves making critical judgment calls to ensure report relevance and accuracy.Legal Practice Area Research : Conduct targeted research into client practice areas (e.g., antitrust, privacy, intellectual property) to ensure report configurations precisely meet the client's needs.Professional Client Communication : Draft and send clear, professional, and welcoming emails to new clients, setting the tone for a positive long-term relationship.Process Efficiency : Work independently with minimal supervision to execute the onboarding process quickly and efficiently.Qualifications
Legal Background (Mandatory) : Prior experience or a strong educational background in law is essential to understand legal terminology, practice areas, and the precise needs of attorney clients.Mid-to-Senior Level Experience : 5–10 years of professional experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex processes autonomously.Professional Writing : Excellent written communication skills, necessary for clear and effective client-facing correspondence.Tool Proficiency : Competence with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, and a willingness to quickly master our internal software platform.Nice to Have
AI Fluency : Familiarity or experience working with Artificial Intelligence or AI-generated reports.PLEASE NOTE
