Requirements :

  • BA degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or business management (or equivalent qualification).
  • At least 10 years in the industry and 5 years of leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service).
  • Managerial experience with demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Data and financial analytics skills.
  • Experience in cost, revenue, and cash management.
  • Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment and Industrial Relations.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly to varied audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a focus on system and process improvement.

About :

This role involves managing negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and streamlining workflows to boost company productivity and performance. The leader will oversee cross-functional teams, manage partnerships, and evaluate business goals to enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance.

  • Regular after-hours decision-making on industry operational challenges.

  • Detailed Responsibilities :

    Organizational Leadership

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set and drive organizational vision and strategy.
  • Regularly meet with leadership to adjust plans based on market and economic changes.
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee operations and foster an inclusive culture that meets organizational goals.
  • Set performance expectations, coach, and mentor staff.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies for successful execution.
  • Operational Strategy and Management

  • Develop and lead operational strategies supporting growth.
  • Coordinate team efforts to align with strategic objectives.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify improvements, implement best practices, and foster cross-department collaboration.
  • Manage budgets and control expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Business Analytics, Risk, and Reporting

  • Establish and analyze reports to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor external and internal risks, develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance and conduct data analytics to improve operations.
  • Audits and Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate updates and maintain policy documentation.
  • Negotiate and review supplier agreements and SLAs.
  • Customer Service and Retention

  • Manage partnerships and client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
