An international logistics and specialist services company with operations in some of the world’s most unique and challenging environments is seeking a Financial Manager to lead its Finance & Administration team in Cape Town. This is a pivotal role with structured succession into full departmental responsibility, reporting directly to senior leadership.
The Role
- Lead Finance & Administration (Bookkeeping, HR support, and Reception).
- Drive financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements.
- Strengthen financial controls and risk management.
- Provide strategic financial insight to support investment and operational decisions.
- Oversee HR and administrative compliance.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance (essential).Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or equivalent).2+ years’ experience in financial management.Proven leadership of small, cross-functional teams. (not essential).Strong systems knowledge (Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365 / Navision advantageous).Advanced Excel proficiency.Exposure to HR / administration and experience in logistics, travel, or tourism will be valued.What We’re Looking For
