Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation of network / topology, configurations, assets, and incidents; participate in disaster recovery planning where relevant.
Qualifications
Experience in enterprise networking and IT infrastructure; relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Networking+, Fortinet, FortiGate, etc. are valued.Proficiency with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewall configurations, load balancers, and network security concepts.Comfort working in Microsoft environments; ability to diagnose WAN / LAN issues; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.Willingness to travel; ability to work extended hours or standby as required.Relevant degree or diploma and 5+ years of IT / networking experience (as applicable per posting).Additional Information
