Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer invoicing.
  • Supplier invoice processing.
  • Customer and supplier account reconciliations.
  • Communicate with suppliers.
  • Loading bank payment batches and pulling POPs.
  • HR admin filing, retrieving documents.
  • Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems for procurement documents.

Requirements :

  • Bookkeeping Certificate; tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel critical ).
  • Experience with Pastel / Sage Evolution advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must live within the Helderberg basin.
  • Must be fluent in English and understand Afrikaans.
