The Role : Marketing Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibilities. As Marketing Manager, you will drive all marketing efforts to build brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and position the business as the trusted choice for homeowners and franchise prospects. You'll lead and execute data-driven, multi-channel campaigns and work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute a results-driven marketing strategy
• Lead multi-channel lead generation including PPC, SEO, social, partnerships, email, and content
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while driving innovation
• Collaborate with directors to align marketing with commercial priorities
• Track performance metrics (leads, CPL, SEO, email engagement, etc.) and iterate accordingly
• Support localised marketing efforts to boost franchise growth
• Optimise digital performance and conversion through website and campaign improvements
