Concrete Foreman - Nelspruit

A reputable civil engineering contractor specializing in infrastructure development and large-scale concrete works is currently seeking a Concrete Foreman with extensive experience in bridge and concrete construction to join their dynamic team in Nelspruit Mpumalanga .

Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site concrete construction activities with a focus on bridge-building projects.

Coordinate and manage crews subcontractors and site logistics to ensure timely project delivery.

Oversee the quality control of concrete pours and formwork installations.

Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide on-site operations.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of materials labour and equipment usage.

Requirements

Minimum of 15 years experience in concrete and bridge construction.

Proven track record of managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Strong leadership communication and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Knowledge of industry-standard safety procedures and regulations.

Relevant trade certification or equivalent qualification in civil construction (advantageous).

Willingness to be based in Nelspruit and work on-site.
