Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years experience as a Slot Technician Technical degree or certification in electronics or similar field Strong knowledge of slot machine operations and maintenance Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English, both written and verbal Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all slot machines onboard the cruise ship
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machines are in optimal condition
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
- Train and assist other crew members in basic slot machine maintenance
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns with the machines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on the machines
- Keep the slot machine area clean and organized at all times
