About The Position
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives, using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning to aid in driving sales and increase the profitability of the company. Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns for the regions. Reports marketing and campaign related sales results to the Global Marketing Manager and Senior Executives / Stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities / Duties
- Analyse current offerings and create initiatives for new campaigns, products or services that link brand communication with consumer purchase behaviour.
- Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing, competitor products and activity, and other relevant information to formulate marketing strategies.
- Work with the Global Marketing Manager and marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams within the region.
- Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional material, website & social media content, advertisements, and all marketing-related activities.
- Communicate with media buyers, advertising agencies and printers to assist with the completion and implementation of marketing projects.
- Work within the department budget to develop cost‑effective marketing plans for each product or service.
- Track all marketing and sales data, create detailed written reports and present them to the Marketing Manager & Senior Executives / Stakeholders.
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Ensure that the Marketing team communicates efficiently, and that each member completes her / his scope of work to the best of their ability.
- Interview, hire, and train marketing staff members where required.
- Develop and execute a social content calendar and manage social platforms.
- Manage CRM tool and facilitate queries to the relevant department.
- Identify and evaluate potential collaborators and manage ongoing collaborator relationships.
- Assist the Global Marketing Manager with global strategy.
- Coordinate dissemination of press releases and media engagement.
- Apply brand identity & visual guidelines to marketing and consumer‑facing material.
- Adapt to challenges and the market’s ever‑changing needs, including new technological advancements.
- Conduct regular market research to stay current with trends and changes.
- Analyse market research, ROI, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
