Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the PR Account Executive (AE) is to offer administrative support to the Account Management team with whom they collaborate. The AE\'s demeanor should contribute positively to the overall team environment. Prepare fundamental content as necessary. Ensure timely completion and delivery of assignments. Facilitate meeting arrangements and assist the team in their preparations. Provide general assistance to both the team and the agency. Ensure that all communications, whether by telephone or email, are conducted promptly and treated as priorities, including necessary follow-ups to maintain momentum on business activities. Strive to develop strong relationships with all business stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers. Engage positively and energetically with all business stakeholders, whether in person, via telephone, or through email.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Relevant Public Relations Tertiary Qualification
  • Completion of an internship / in-service training (advantageous)
  • Computer literate, Office 365 proficient
  • Valid driver's license; willingness to travel, if required
