Finance Reporting Lead

The Finance Reporting Lead is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial performance reports across the business. This role provides insights and analysis to support strategic decisions, identifies financial risks and opportunities, and drives cost and revenue optimization. It includes presenting results to senior stakeholders and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. The role also involves leading a finance team and driving continuous process improvement.

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years in financial performance reporting or management accounting

Minimum 23 years in a leadership or management role

Strong financial analysis and variance analysis capabilities

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

Solid understanding of IFRS and performance reporting principles

Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. Oracle)

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement at senior levels

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities

Qualification :

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

CA(SA) or equivalent qualification

CIMA designation - preferred

Postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting - preferred
