Overview

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation, continuous enhancement, and optimization of operational systems and processes.
Ensure that staff are thoroughly trained on these systems and consistently adhere to established procedures to maintain operational efficiency and alignment with organizational standard.
Ensure the management meetings happen ensuring action lists are generated, decisions are documented, and follow-up actions are tracked and executed. Report on any exceptions or deviations from targets.
KPIs to be reviewed and circulated – Provide actionable insights to improve performance, set measurable targets, and track progress toward goals.
Strategic forecasting and cash flow management.
Prepare and present regional performance reports to the executive committee (EXCO). Ensure clear communication of progress, challenges, and action plans.
Oversee the management of regional staff, including work allocation, performance evaluations, training, and overall staff development.
