We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support management within a fast-paced call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative and personal support to management
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
Assist with reports, documentation, and record-keeping
Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support day-to-day operational tasks as required
Requirements :
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator (call centre experience advantageous)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
