Senior Financial Manager (CA(SA))

Location : Centurion

Our client is a highly regarded consultancy firm, providing strategic planning, development, finance, management, claims, and dispute resolution within the infrastructure sector. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join their leadership team at their Centurion office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee the full finance function, ensuring compliance with IFRS and best practices.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the businesss long-term growth objectives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive business performance.
  • Ensure that governance, controls, and risk management frameworks are maintained at the highest standard.
  • Mentor and guide a growing finance team, fostering professional development.

    • Requirements :

  • CA(SA) qualification (essential).
  • 58+ years post-articles experience, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role.
  • Strong background in strategic financial management, compliance, and reporting.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, consulting, or project-driven industries will be advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
