Recruitment and HR required for a law firm in PTA.

Duties include :

• Sourcing for CA(SA) professionals
• Conduct telephonic screening of all candidates
• Interview shortlisted candidates with the specific Director from all branches for the position
• Liaise with Professional staff regarding recruitment needs constantly
• MIE Background checks on all successful candidates
• Drafting of Contracts of Employment
• Conducting Induction for all new starters
• Candidate Attorney recruitment process
• Registering of CA’s

Package & Remuneration

R 18000 - R 22000 - Monthly
