- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems efficiently.
- Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and workshop documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workshop operational standards.
- Collaborate with management to streamline processes and improve workshop efficiency.
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic, discipline, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Workshop Operations & Workflow Management
Allocate job cards based on technician skill and availabilityEnsure job cards are correctly completedOversee test drives and post-test full checksApprove proposed work before quoting via Service AdvisorEnsure parts are ordered and delivered on timeExpedite delayed part deliveriesMaintain efficient workflow and minimize downtimeMonitor job progress; provide support or escalate as neededConduct final quality checks before vehicle releasePost-Repair Quality Control
