Assistant Retails Branch Manager (Retail) - Store Floor Supervisor

We are seeking an Assistant Retail Branch Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. This is a Management role in the Retail sector.

Non-negotiables :

• Must have very strong admin skills and experience. The admin of the branch is priority.
• Must have experience supervising a team or sales staff
• Good health, reliable and trustworthy

This person will be the 2IC for the Branch Manager when he is out on the road so will need to be someone that can work unsupervised and keep the branch operations running smoothly.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Retail Branch Manager to support the Retail Branch Manager in overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in driving sales, implementing strategies to meet sales targets, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
