Marketing and Community Manager (Full-Time)

Our company is a fast-growing competition brand where players can win everything from Pokémon cards, Warhammer, LEGO and the latest tech, to football, lifestyle prizes, and cash. Our community is at the heart of what we do : over 4000 VIP Facebook members, a buzzing Discord, and thousands of regular players who look forward to our weekly launches.

The Role

This is a hands-on, creative-first marketing role with a big emphasis on design, community, and content creation. You’ll be producing high-quality visuals, engaging our audiences across platforms, and supporting the behind-the-scenes flow of competitions and customers. It’s a fast-moving role — we launch new competitions multiple times per week — so you’ll need to be agile, resourceful, and AI-friendly (comfortable using tools that speed up output without compromising quality).

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Growth and founding team. Ideas will be welcomed, tested, and iterated, giving you the chance to grow as a marketer while seeing the direct impact of your work. We’re a lean team, and so we all play a part in covering mission-critical functions when someone is sick / on holiday. Therefore, being adaptable is important, making this one of the few job descriptions where being a ‘team player’ actually means something!

What You’ll Do

  • Graphic Design : Design scroll-stopping creatives for our Competitions and across socials. Build branded assets for emails, landing pages, and competitions across all categories (football, lifestyle, hobbies, cash). Balance quality + speed to keep pace with our high-volume launch schedule.
  • Community & Social Media Management : Plan, schedule, and post daily across our social channels. Be comfortable in front of the camera — posting short, impromptu stories / reels about the latest competitions and odds. Engage and grow our VIP Facebook group and Discord community. Spot trends, memes, and opportunities to boost engagement — whether it’s football banter, lifestyle wins, or collector hype.
  • Email Marketing : Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, cart abandon, win-back, win notifications). Segment and test campaigns to drive clicks and conversions. Create emails that match our playful, football-fan-and-collector-friendly tone.
  • Cover for other roles when needed, e.g. : Step in to handle customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach. Support fulfilment and prize logistics when needed. Liaise with external content providers to ensure timely delivery and maintained quality of work.

About You

  • Designer first — your portfolio shows creative flair and commercial thinking.
  • Confident on camera — English is your first language, and you’re happy to film quick videos / stories to excite players.
  • AI-embracer — you’re confident using a range of tools like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and AI platforms to boost output.
  • Agile doer — you like moving fast, iterating, and making things happen.
  • Community-aware — you get why people love football, lifestyle, and hobbyist competitions, and you know how to speak their language.
  • Email Platform Management - experience in managing and optimizing an advanced email platform (preferably Klaviyo)
