Hunt new opportunities and drive business growth in your territoryProspect for leadsQualify, negotiate, and close deals with merchants and partnersBuild and nurture relationships with business ownersAchieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targetsCollaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to ensure onboarding and delight of new merchantsProvide feedback from the field to help refine pricing, product features, and go-to-market strategiesMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM dataTrack competitor activity and market trendsAbout you
5+ years of solution sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or integrated POS systems, preferably in the food and beverage sector or adjacent industriesProven ability to sell into complex, high-touch environments with multiple stakeholders and longer deal cyclesStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skillsSelf-motivated, with hunger for results and resilience in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to operate independently and manage your own pipelineComfortable with frequent travel across your territoryProficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)Deep understanding of hospitality workflows and operational tech stacksTechnically literate, you can engage with APIs, integrations, and ecosystem platforms with confidenceSkilled at navigating and influencing diverse decision-makers (IT, finance, ops, execs)Proactive, resilient, and resourceful, comfortable working autonomously and on the moveValid driver’s license and own transport (this is a field-based, relationship-driven role)Nice to Have / Differentiators
