UX / UI Designer

The work involves shaping digital experiences that make complex information easy to act on. Youll be part of projects where user research meets visual design, with a strong focus on understanding peoples journeys and designing with their needs in mind.

Some of the things youll be involved in :

• Mapping customer journeys, testing experiences, and surfacing pain points that need solving
• Translating insights, data, and trends into usable concepts for digital products
• Creating designs that align with brand standards while still feeling fresh and purposeful
• Supporting digital product development and enhancements through research, prototyping, and iteration
• Collaborating on customer experience initiatives, A / B testing, and feedback loops across teams
• Handling smaller project workstreams where youll balance time, quality, and detail
• Keeping an eye on usability improvements, data-driven tweaks, and process innovations
