This role is part of the Loyalty Marketing team within the Clicks Marketing Division and focuses on supporting Clubcard and Loyalty marketing activities, planning, implementation, and reporting.
Job Description
Job Purpose : To provide reliable, consistent and efficient support to the Senior Brand Managers and across the Loyalty Marketing team, ensuring smooth operations, planning, implementation of Clubcard and Loyalty marketing plans and reporting.
Job Objectives
- To support Clubcard and Senior brand management in executing overall marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency across on- and offline channels.
- To assist in building Clubcard Loyalty decks, including quarterly and yearly reviews, and competitive reviews adhering to Clicks and Partner Standards.
- To plan, organise and implement the roll-out of the marketing strategy which includes loyalty campaigns and projects as assigned by the Marketing and Brand Manager within the required timeframe forthe Clicksbrand.
- To liaise with suppliers on marketing briefs, stocks, timing schedules and creative material to ensure brand building to achieve sales targets.
- To collaborate closely with in-house creative teams (graphic design, UX) to support campaign development and ensure seamless execution.
- To collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company as well as partners to ensure that the delivery of marketing plans is achieved.
- To ensure that marketing plans are within the marketing budgets set and the best return on investment is obtained.
- To produce reports, conduct research and provide data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies.
- To ensure that all administration functions are done timeously which includes assisting with Meeting agendas, taking accurate notes on loyalty partner and client meetings, disseminating information to internal teams as necessary and ensuring all payments are timeously approved, invoiced and collected by Senior Managers.
