Business Analyst

The role is focused on understanding business requirements, advising stakeholders, and working closely with systems and project teams to design and implement solutions that meet both business and technical needs.

Key responsibilities include :

• Analysing current and future business environments to identify gaps and opportunities
• Documenting requirements including data models, interface layouts, data flows, and report designs
• Collaborating with systems analysts and project managers to deliver within agreed constraints
• Owning user acceptance testing and ensuring protocols are followed
• Investigating requirements for business processes and feasibility studies
• Developing strategies and guidelines to improve business performance
• Supporting and facilitating workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for end users
• Reviewing processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
