Various Locations (Must be willing to relocate)

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion and perform quality control duties.
• Communicate with the project team regarding RFIs, material submittals, and construction progress conflicts.
• Coordinate inspections, ensure subcontractor compliance with scope of work, and identify safety and quality standards non-compliance.
• Maintain daily log of job site activities, monitor progress, and conduct weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Issue notices of non-compliance, oversee cleanliness and organization of the site, and manage job progress and completion punch lists.
• Assist in budgeting, bidding, and subcontract award, obtain permits, gather material submittals, and preside at pre-construction meetings.
• Secure the job site daily and identify work areas outside subcontracted scope.
