PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements
- Relevant NQF 7 qualifications in education humanities or project management
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a management capacity
- Advanced computer literacy
- Must demonstrate extensive work experience in a project management environment
- Must demonstrate exposure to managing project budgets expenditure and risk
- Must be proficient in all skills development legislation policies and processes
- Must have a valid drivers license
Key Performance Areas
Perform the project leadership role on a Turnkey basisPerform the primary customer relations function with the FunderManage and develop the project team corporately and individuallyAchieve the performance and financial targets of the approved projectOperationalise the project approval including preparing draft project & budget plans learner recruitment strategies draft tender specifications for service provider appointments and draft SLAs for successful service providersMaintain compliance to the funders quality assurance standardsImplement and automate seamless modern and cutting-edge process flowsEstablish maintain and achieve adherence to a quality management systemManage training providers to maintain compliance with appointment conditions and ETQAs quality assurance standardsOversee the learner recruitment contracting and induction processOversee the learner communication support and management process and achievement of exceptional learner satisfaction levelsOversee the sourcing assessment and selection of suitable training facilitiesDesign and implement a M & E process flowOversee the sourcing assessment and selection of suitable workplacesProvide secretariat and coordination services to the Project Technical CommitteeIdentify risks advise mitigation strategies and take remedial actionResponsible for quality assurance of reporting data and any submission or reportCompile monthly status reports for the client and detailed draft progress reports to the funderDesired Competencies :
