Requirements : Education :

B.Sc (QS) degree or equivalent qualification

Professional Registration :

Current registration with SACQSP (South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession)

Experience :

Minimum 8-10 years of professional consulting Quantity Surveying experience

Principal Agent experience is highly advantageous

Proven track record in property / construction project planning and execution

Technical Competencies Required

Software & Systems :

Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software platforms

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities

Contract Knowledge :

Extensive knowledge of JBCC contract documentation and full application

In-depth understanding of construction contracts and administration
