Requirements :

 Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

 Minimum 35 years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.

 Solid understanding of software development principles, SaaS models, and digital solution selling.

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
