Position : Contact Centre Outbound Sales Agent (Line 2)
Location : Cape Town Western Cape
Overall Purpose of the Job :
The incumbent will be required to ensure that all moving cancellation requests received are processed as per the customers requirement and in line with the Companys standard operating procedures with the main focus on ensuring maximum customer retention.
