About the Client : The client is a rapidly growing mindset and healing coaching business dedicated to helping women overcome heartbreak, heal emotional trauma from past relationships, and build emotional fitness to find aligned love in their lives. Their core philosophy is self-relationship and internal strength, moving the focus away from external partners. They are seeking an ambitious, empathetic, and culturally aligned Virtual Assistant to take ownership of their marketing and social media presence, driving growth and qualified client leads. This role is crucial for their upcoming brand launch, website completion, and podcast debut.
About the Role : They are looking for a high-level Marketing and Social Media Specialist to serve as a Virtual Assistant. This is a part-time position, requiring 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as the business grows. The ideal Marketing and Social Media Specialist is creative, empathetic, and proactive, with a passion for authentic social media engagement. This person should know how to attract and connect with women audiences through meaningful conversations and inspiring content. They’ll bring warmth, initiative, and a genuine interest in personal growth and emotional wellness while supporting the client’s mission to empower and heal through her brand.
Key Responsibilities
- The primary focus of this role is to drive organic growth and set the foundation for paid marketing efforts, ensuring the Coach's time is focused on content creation, coaching, and enrollment calls.
 
Social Media Management & Engagement
Proactively initiate and build meaningful conversations on social media (DMs, comments) to connect with potential clients.Find and engage with accounts where the target audience (women experiencing heartbreak / seeking healing resources) is active and commenting.Filter and disqualify non-target leads, particularly men seeking to date, to ensure the Coach only interacts with qualified prospects.Maintain and grow follower counts on new social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) following the brand shift to Fit to Love Coaching.Optimize and recycle existing and new content, especially podcast episodes (launching in December), into engaging, platform-specific posts (e.g., short clips, captions).Develop and manage a posting schedule to maximize visibility and engagement.Assist with editing, curating, and writing content to ensure clarity and strong alignment with the brand's "heartbreak healing and mindset" niche.Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
Nurture conversations until the point of setting up an enrollment call for the Coach to take over.Track and report on lead generation activities and social media performance.For a higher-level Marketing Specialist role, there is an expectation to evolve into managing ads, funnels, and automation to scale growth exponentially.Qualifications & Skills
Marketing & Social Media Expertise : Proven experience in social media management, content strategy, and organic growth, particularly on Instagram. Knowledge of platform algorithms and optimal posting times is a plus.Communication & Empathy
Fluent English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Must possess a high degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, and people skills to build rapport and engage effectively with individuals discussing sensitive topics like heartbreak and trauma.Cultural Alignment : Must have a strong cultural understanding and alignment with the US audience to effectively engage in intentional, nuanced conversations.Proactive & Independent : Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively to meet growth goals.Portfolio : A portfolio demonstrating past social media marketing results and content creation is required.Senior Roles & Employment Type
