About the Role

We are seeking a Cleveland-based Practice Growth Sales Representative to lead warm, consultative sales conversations with doctors who are already familiar with our brand, have attended one of our educational sessions, or were referred to us by a trusted industry partner. This is a relationship-first sales role built on structured processes and real value.

You will help independent eyecare practices unlock growth through smarter marketing and proven strategies. As one of the first hires in this rapidly growing function, you will also play a key role in shaping the future of our go-to-market approach.

  • Warm Lead Conversion (75%) :

Conduct scheduled Zoom sales calls with doctors referred to EyeCarePro or engaged through content and events.

  • Follow our proven 3-step process : Discovery, Marketing Needs Analysis, Custom Plan Presentation and Close.
  • Track all activity, outcomes, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
  • Partner with Client Services to ensure smooth onboarding after the sale.
  • Relationship Development and Market Engagement (25%) :
  • Build referral pipelines by nurturing relationships across the eyecare industry, including consultants, buying groups, associations, and reps.

  • Identify new opportunities for our speakers and thought leaders to reach more practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert educational content and events into new deal flow.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Based in or near Cleveland, Ohio.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in consultative, service-based sales (healthcare, marketing, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially over Zoom and screen share.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, tracking activity, and following structured workflows.
  • Confident, curious, and driven by helping clients succeed.
  • Familiarity with the eyecare industry is a strong plus.
