Job description2+ year of proven outbound sales experience Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market) Fluent, professional English. Experience working on a CRM. Able to work in UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT) A tertiary qualification Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets Uncapped commission : get rewarded for every closed opportunity Full onboarding, training, and support from an experienced leadership team Work from our upmarket office in Cape Town Central, with breakfast and fruit available daily Free transport to and from the office Excellent growth potential for stars.

- Dial 80+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solution
- Qualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a pro
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales Team
- Update all interactions in our CRM system (you must be experienced using one)
