Requirements :

BCom (Accounting) / CA(SA) / CIMA

5 years or more in plant or operational finance

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, CAPEX, cash flow & stock management

IFRS compliance knowledge

Responsibilities :

Oversee full financial operations : reporting, general ledger, accruals, CAPEX, costing, cash & forex

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for management decisions

Lead audits, maintain internal controls, and manage risk registers

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes

Lead, coach, and manage finance team performance

Ensure safety and compliance within the finance function
