Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Promote and sell a wide range of top-tier products including : risk, retirement, funeral and investment productsBuild strong relationships by conducting thorough needs analysis and offering tailored financial solutionsProvide ongoing service and support to grow and retain your client base2. Compliance & Process Excellence
Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirementsUse our proprietary tech platform for client onboarding, tracking, and complianceKeep accurate, up-to-date records and documentationWhat Were Looking For :
1-3 years experience in sales, ideally within financial servicesNQF Level 5 qualification (advantageous)RE5 Certification (advantageous)Completed class of business (preferred)Clear criminal record and own reliable transportProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDriven, independent, and hungry to build your own successful practiceWhat Youll Get
