Duties :
Manage, motivate and train a team of retail staff, including overseeing recruitment and conducting performance evaluations.
Drive sales to meet targets, manage store operations such as opening and closing procedures, and handle cash and inventory control.
Ensure a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, dealing with complaints, and maintaining a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
Control budgets, monitor costs, analyse sales figures and provide reports on performance to senior executives.
Keep track of market trends, monitor competitors' activities and collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and events.
Ensure the store adheres to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements : Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage.
At least 4+ years experience in retail sales management
Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities a customer-centric approach and an initiative-taking mindset are essential.
Well presented & well groomed
Paint experience will be an advantage.
Computer literacy (Excel and Pastel will be an advantage)
Excellent communication & people skills
