The Role

We are seeking a recruitment resourcer to work in our Manchester City centre office. As a resourcer you will join our structured training programme and progress to become a trainee recruitment consultant within 6-12 months. The role will focus on sourcing and liaising with professional accountants from across the UK and overseas. The majority of your time will be on the telephone speaking with candidates but you will also be required to carry out search projects in line with our client’s recruitment requirements.

The Person

This role would suit someone with :

  • Ideally, a background in a targeted environment within sales but we will also consider the right type of graduate or college leaver.
  • An ability to think on your feet and be creative.
  • The right mindset- honest and flexible with the determination to succeed.
  • The character to thrive under pressure and work well with targets.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • A dynamic, self-confident and motivated outlook.
  • The ability to prioritise.
