We’re looking for a Projects & Implementation Manager to help deliver operational projects that directly impact how people and businesses stay connected.
This is a hands‑on, mid‑level role—ideal for someone who thrives on execution, coordination, and turning plans into real‑world results.
You’ll work across both corporate and customer‑facing environments, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning to delivery. Reporting into the Operations / Delivery leadership team, you’ll be the link that keeps timelines, resources, and stakeholders aligned.
Your key responsibilities :
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day project execution
- Track deliverables, maintain status reports, and escalate issues where needed
- Facilitate clear communication between teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Organise meetings, record minutes, and track follow‑ups
- Maintain project documentation and tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
- Support risk identification, mitigation, and resource tracking
- Assist in budget tracking across project workstreams
Our required expertise :
Minimum of 4 years project management experience within the ISP, infrastructure or telecommunicationsStrong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approachExperience with Jira, MS Project, Asana or similar toolsPMP, Prince2, Agile (beneficial but not mandatory)Ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders in hybrid environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
