Overview

This is a remote position. We are a fast-paced telecom company looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager & Project Manager to lead our marketing efforts and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects. You will own and execute the company’s marketing strategy while coordinating the work of multiple team members including our Paid Ads Specialist, designers, tech team, and video editors using ClickUp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Execution
  • Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Create and schedule content in collaboration with the graphic designer
  • Write scripts and plan creative video campaigns
  • Work with a video editor to bring content to life
  • Engage community members via our Facebook Group
  • Coordinate blog content and publish posts in WordPress
  • Write and help send regular email marketing campaigns

Project Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Use ClickUp to manage and track all marketing tasks
  • Coordinate task assignments with the Paid Ads Specialist (indirect management)
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables
  • Send weekly status updates to key stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between blog content and ad campaigns

    • Work Hours

    Monthly Hours : 110

    Schedule : Sunday through Thursday

    Time Zone : Israel Time (Starting at 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM)

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and / or project management
  • Strong copywriting and creative content development skills
  • WordPress proficiency (especially blog publishing and layout)
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task / project management tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Daily availability on WhatsApp for internal team collaboration
  • Availability : Sunday through Thursday, starting at 9 : 00 AM (Israel Time)

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in the telecom or tech industry
  • Experience working remotely with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram & Email Marketing strategies
