Assist with general office management.
Work closely with the Administrators to achieve goals and objectives.
• Assist Dealmakers (DMs) and Senior Dealmakers (SDMs) with assessing funding enquiries and applications.
• To assist with conducting basic assessments of funding applications and presenting such to the relevant forums.
• Support with the preparation of client files, assessment templates, and due diligence documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, as well as follow-ups, and administrative support for client engagements.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and client interactions
• Provide general operational support to the Gauteng regional team as directed.
• Assist the Administrator with the management of the pipeline, including updating of statuses, notes, etc., when Dealmakers / Senior Dealmakers are on due diligences.
• Assist the Administrator with coordinating the administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• A bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate Qualification in the relevant field
• The preferred candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in field of discipline.
• Demonstrates good analytical skills,
• Understanding of development finance imperatives would be an advantage.
• Candidate must have an appreciation of the role of the IDC.
• Exemplary self-leadership.
• Experience in engaging, managing and negotiating with clients.
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with team and investment forums.
• Effective, versatile and action oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Good report writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Very well organised and persistent, with drive and determination to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
