Overview

We’re looking for 1–2 full-time Account Managers to join our fast-growing Shopify CRO agency. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our clients and our fulfilment teams (design and development), ensuring smooth communication, clarity, and on-time delivery of all projects.

Your day to day will include

Onboarding new clients
Clarifying requirements with clients
Passing requirements onto the appropriate teams
Ensuring existing projects are running on time
Updating clients regularly with progress

You will have plenty of opportunities to build long lasting relationships with your accounts, and this is actively encouraged and rewarded through bonuses for positive reviews, additional work and referrals.

You MUST be hungry, organised and willing to work hard to succeed in this role.

Base Pay : R40,000 - R48,000 / Month

Commission Structure : R2,000 - R4,000 / Month

R600,000+ OTE per annum

Must Haves

At least 1 year of agency experience working with ecommerce brands

Past Shopify experience (you should be able to add products, edit themes and install apps)

Ability to handle lots of moving pieces. You will manage roughly 12 accounts at once.

You have to be organised, otherwise you\'re setting yourself up to fail

Nice To Haves

Past work as a developer

Past experience with conversion rate optimisation
