Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in East London, with some work from home acceptable. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and properties, conducting property tours, negotiating sales, and closing deals. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing market insights, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will also involve managing listings, marketing properties, and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using digital marketing and property listing platforms
• Market insight and research abilities
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one
