Financial Controller (West -Rand)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Financial Controller to join the Finance team of a leading global manufacturer. This role offers the chance to make a real impact at plant level by ensuring accurate financial reporting driving cost-efficiency initiatives and supporting continuous improvement.

Youll work closely with the Finance Manager and leadership team acting as a key partner in business decision-making while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and company policies.

Your key responsibilities :

• Management accounting
• Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and yearly financial and management reports in line with IFRS / GAAP standards.
• Conduct reviews evaluations and propose cost-reduction strategies to improve plant efficiency.
• Lead monthly and annual financial closures ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and report plant performance against budgets and forecasts highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to other departments to support operational decision-making.
• Support and guide finance personnel fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive implementation of corporate financial policies and contribute to process enhancements across the plant.
