Job descriptionGrade 12 with a relevant creative degree or diploma (advantageous) 5+ years in a senior creative or creative lead role within an agency or in-house environment Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multi-channel campaigns A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, storytelling and executional skill Strong understanding of digital platforms, creative production and emerging AI tools Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial outcomes Excellent communication and leadership abilities Campaign creation, concept development, creative, integrated marketing

A fast-growing company within the AV and digital solutions space that represents over 60 leading global brands. We are looking for an inspiring and hands-on Creative Lead.
What you will do
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of designers, content creators and multimedia producers
- Conceptualise and design integrated creative campaigns
- Manage the full creative process from idea to execution across digital, social, web, activations, in-store and live events
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creative for tech business and its 60+ represented brands
- Oversee production quality, ensuring creative excellence and cost efficiency
- Champion innovation, encouraging bold ideas and a challenger mindset within the team
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance creative quality and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate closely with marketing, digital and product teams to ensure creative aligns with business goals and performance metrics
- Deliver creativity that builds brand equity and drives tangible business results
