Duties & Responsibilities

Accelerate your learning curve where you will be responsible for :

• Business development and cold calling for new business
• Generating new Job Specs
• Conducting comprehensive job assignment briefings with Clients to thoroughly understand their needs and ensure that this is translated into a clear job description
• Writing and placing job adverts to attract Top Talent
• Sourcing suitable candidates using our database Job portals Social-Media Advertising campaigns and other methods
• Screening and interviewing candidates to present a suitable candidate shortlist to the client
• Gathering CVs and supporting information and edit CVs according to company standards
• Conduct reference checking and ensure all other checks (education criminal credit) are performed
