Key Responsibilities :
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement rates.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Leverage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to enhance brand credibility.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms relevant to luxury hospitality.
- Assist in planning and promoting events at the lodge through targeted social media campaigns.
Requirements :
Proven track record managing social media for a luxury hotel or lodge.1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.Portfolio of past work showcasing creative content, campaigns, and results.Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.Creative mindset with the ability to capture the luxury lifestyle through visuals and storytelling.Understanding of SEO and paid social media advertising is a plus.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
