Personal Assistant to an Independent Financial Adviser — Centurion

Job Overview : We are looking for a proactive, professional, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support an Independent Financial Adviser in managing a growing and dynamic financial services practice. Responsibilities
- Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
- Maintain and update client records and CRM systems
- Client Interaction : Act as the first point of contact for client queries and service requests
- Assist with onboarding new clients and collecting required documentation
- Follow up on outstanding paperwork, forms, and compliance items
- Schedule client review meetings and compile meeting packs or summaries
- Operational Tasks : Liaise with financial product providers and internal support teams
- Track new business applications, submissions, and approvals
- Ensure all processes adhere to compliance and regulatory standards
- Help manage internal workflow systems and streamline operations
- Office Management : Organize physical and digital files with attention to data security

Education & Experience
