About The Company

We are a detail-driven, fast-moving company committed to operational excellence. We’re seeking a Senior Accountant who can consolidate and elevate our accounting function. This is a replacement role that combines the work of both an internal bookkeeper and an external accountant into a single, high-performing professional. You will play a critical role in overseeing both day-to-day financial tasks and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all general ledger activity and financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Daily management and updating of a 13-week rolling cash flow model
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Categorize expenses and ensure accuracy of financial entries
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Handle invoicing and collections
• Process payroll through Gusto
• Prepare and file tax documents including 1099s and W-2s (U.S.-based compliance)
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (consultant, business partner, clients)
• Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and systems
• Ensure compliance with all financial and data security protocols
• Collaborate via Slack for daily communications
